SK Corporation – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to SK Corporation. By accessing or purchasing products from our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Delivery Policy, and Disclaimer, form a legally binding agreement between SK Corporation and the customer.
- We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product & Services
- All products or services displayed on our website are considered an “invitation to offer.”
- Once a customer places an order, it will be treated as a purchase offer. SK Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject the order.
3. Return & Refund Policy
- Products can only be returned or refunded in case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
- Any request for return or refund must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and will only be issued to the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for delivery and return shipping charges (unless otherwise stated).
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Requests made after 48 hours or due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery within Dhaka: 3 working days.
- Delivery outside Dhaka: 7 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
- Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact details.
- Delivery charges are to be borne by the customer (free delivery may apply for specific products within Dhaka).
5. Service & Warranty Policy
- All water purifiers come with a 6 months replacement guarantee (Motor and Adapter).
- 7 years warranty on motor and adapter. Technician road cost of BDT 300 is applicable per season.
- During the warranty period, electrical parts are covered by SK Corporation.
For RO Purifiers (Reverse Osmosis):
- 1st Stage Filter – must be replaced every 3 months.
- 2nd & 3rd Stage Filters – must be replaced every 6 months.
For UF/HFM Purifiers:
- 1st Stage Filter – must be replaced every 2 months.
- 2nd & 3rd Stage Filters – must be replaced every 12 months.
⚠️ Note: The cost of replacement filters is not covered under the warranty.
6. Risk of Loss
- Once the product is handed over to the courier/delivery service, SK Corporation will not be responsible for any damage or loss. The risk is transferred to the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and videos, are the property of SK Corporation.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material will result in legal action.
8. Governing Law
- All disputes will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any legal proceedings shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
9. Disclaimer
- Products and services are provided on an “as is” basis.
- SK Corporation strives to provide accurate information, but errors or omissions may occur.
- We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.
