Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how SK Corporation handles returns, replacements, refunds, and service-related adjustments. By placing an order or receiving a service from us, you agree to the terms below.

1) Scope of this policy

This policy applies to items purchased directly from SK Corporation through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or office. It covers water purifiers, dispensers, accessories, spare parts, filters, and related products. Service charges, installation work, and technician visits are handled under the service terms in this policy.

2) Eligibility for returns and refunds

A return or refund request can be accepted when one of the conditions below is met.

  • We sent the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged due to delivery handling.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or does not function as intended upon first use.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories that should have been included.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories, unless the product issue requires opening for inspection.

3) Items not eligible for return or refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following cases.

  • Used filters, membranes, cartridges, or any consumable items once opened.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, incorrect installation by someone outside our team, voltage issues, water pressure issues, or tampering.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches after delivery acceptance, or issues caused by improper maintenance.
  • Items purchased at clearance, promotional, or special price offers, unless the item is defective.
  • Customized or special order items are arranged specifically for you, unless defective.

4) Return request time window

You must submit your return request within 48 hours of delivery for delivery-related issues such as damage, missing items, or wrong products.

For functional issues or manufacturing defects, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery, unless a different warranty period applies to your product.

If your product includes a warranty, warranty claims will be handled under the warranty terms after the initial period above.

5) Return condition requirements

Before we accept a return, we may ask for photos or videos that clearly show the product, packaging, and issue.

If a physical return is approved, the product must be returned:

  • Original box and packaging
  • All accessories, parts, manuals, and free items provided
  • Invoice or proof of purchase

If these are missing, we may reduce the refund amount or reject the return depending on the situation.

6) Inspection and decision

After we receive the returned item, we inspect it.

If we confirm the issue is valid under this policy, we will proceed with a replacement or refund based on availability and the type of issue. If the item fails inspection due to reasons not covered by this policy, we will inform you and return the item to you.

7) Replacement policy

When a product qualifies under this policy, we usually resolve it through replacement or parts replacement, depending on the issue.

If the exact item is not available, we may offer a substitute.

  • A similar product of the same value range, with your approval
  • A store credit equivalent to the paid amount
  • A refund, if replacement is not possible

8) Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

If you paid by cash on delivery, we refund through a suitable method such as mobile financial service or bank transfer, based on mutual confirmation.

Refunds are processed after inspection approval. Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and holidays.

9) Shipping and return delivery costs

If the return is approved due to our mistake, wrong product, delivery damage, missing items, or confirmed defect, SK Corporation will bear the return delivery cost.

If the return request is due to a change of mind, preference, or incorrect order from the customer side, the customer will bear delivery costs both ways, and the return may only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

10) Change of mind returns

If you ordered the correct product and later change your mind, we may accept a return only when:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Packaging and accessories are intact

In such cases, delivery charges are not refundable. We may apply a restocking fee if inspection, handling, or repackaging is required.

11) Installation and service-related terms

If you purchase a product with installation support, the installation charge is not refundable once the technician’s visit is completed.

If a service is booked and the technician arrives at your location, a visit charge may apply even if the service is not completed due to site conditions, such as:

  • No access to water line, drain line, or power source
  • Incompatible fittings or unexpected plumbing issues
  • Unsafe or restricted installation area

If service is cancelled before dispatch, we may reschedule without charge based on availability.

12) Products damaged after delivery acceptance

Please inspect the product at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery without raising an issue and later report physical damage, we may not be able to accept it as delivery damage. We will still review the case, but approval will depend on evidence and inspection.

13) How to request a return, replacement, or refund

To start a request, contact SK Corporation and share.

  • Your name and phone number
  • Order number or invoice reference
  • Product name and model
  • Reason for request
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

14) Policy updates

SK Corporation may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase or service request will apply, unless a legal requirement states otherwise.
