At SK Corporation, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return, replace, or request service, please review the guidelines below.
1. Return & Replacement
- You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
This applies to all eligible SK Corporation products.
2. Eligible Products for Returns or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect or product not working on first use
- Missing parts or accessories
Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with manuals and accessories, unless inspection requires opening.
3. Items Not Covered
Returns or replacements are not accepted for:
- Consumables (filters, cartridges) once opened
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, voltage or water pressure issues, or tampering
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic scratches
- Clearance, promotional, or special price items, unless defective
- Customized or special-order items, unless defective
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same return period for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
5. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within the return time
- Provide your order number
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We will review and arrange a replacement or service at no additional cost.
6. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To start the process:
- Contact our support team via website, phone, or social channels
- Provide your order number and reason
- Follow the instructions from our support team
- Return the item to the designated drop-off point if required
7. Shipping & Return Costs
- Returns due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective item) → SK Corporation covers return shipping
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind) → customer pays return delivery
- No cash refunds are provided
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds or replacements are processed within 2 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit
- No restocking fee applies
9. Installation & Service-Related Returns
- Installation/service charges are non-refundable once a technician visit is completed
- If a technician cannot install due to site conditions (no water/power, incompatible fittings, unsafe area), a visit charge may apply
- Customers outside Dhaka pay BDT 300–500 advance for installation confirmation (covers technician transport only)
