Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how SK Corporation processes orders, handling time, delivery timelines, delivery coverage, charges, installation terms, and delivery requirements. By placing an order with SK Corporation, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (BST, GMT +6) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (BST) are processed on the next business day.

2. Handling Time

  • Handling time is 1 business day.
  • This includes preparing, packing, and handing over your order to the delivery team or courier.
  • Orders are processed 7 days a week (Monday–Sunday).
  • Handling time may vary during peak days, promotions, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Coverage & Charges:

We deliver all over Bangladesh. Delivery charges and installation terms are as follows:

Additional Notes:

  • Cartridge delivery: Inside Dhaka – Free; Outside Dhaka – BDT 130
  • Delivery availability depends on product type, location, and transport options
  • Orders outside regular service areas are confirmed before dispatch

4. Transit Time (Delivery Time After Dispatch)

  • Transit time: 1–3 business days for all destinations
  • Delivery days: Monday–Sunday

Delivery Timing Rules:

  • Inside Dhaka: Orders scheduled for delivery before 10:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders after 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Outside Dhaka: Orders scheduled for delivery before 7:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders received after 7:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, transport delays, or courier issues.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • Handling Time: 1 business day
  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time (Handling + Transit): 2–4 business days, depending on order placement time and customer location

6. Delivery Method & Handover

  • Products are delivered by SK Corporation delivery personnel or third-party courier services, depending on location.
  • The customer or an authorized representative must be available at the delivery address.
  • For sealed products, check the outer packaging and record an unboxing video to ensure claim eligibility.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we may share a tracking link or inform you of the delivery status over the phone.
  • Please keep your contact number active to receive updates and avoid delivery delays.

8. Delivery to the Location

  • Delivery is completed at the address provided by the customer during order placement.

9. Installation

  • Installation is separate from delivery unless confirmed at the time of order.

Inside Dhaka:

  • Free installation
  • 6-month product and installation guarantee

Outside Dhaka:

  • 6-month product guarantee
  • Installation provided with technician transport cost only
  • No installation service fee

10. Payment & Advance

Inside Dhaka:

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Product delivery and installation are free

Outside Dhaka:

  • Product delivery: Free
  • Installation: BDT 300–500 advance cash required (covers technician transport only)
  • Cartridge delivery: BDT 130

11. Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery

  • If the customer is unavailable, the shipment may return to the SK Corporation office or courier hub.
  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-delivery charge.
  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, terms follow the Refund & Returns Policy.

12. Bulk & Commercial Orders

  • Delivery timeline, transport method, unloading process, and charges are confirmed separately based on project requirements.
  • Bulk or commercial orders may require advance payment and special delivery arrangements.
