This Shipping Policy explains how SK Corporation processes orders, delivery timelines, delivery coverage, charges, and delivery requirements. By placing an order with SK Corporation, you agree to the terms below.
1) Delivery coverage
We deliver products across Dhaka and selected areas outside Dhaka. Delivery availability depends on the product type, delivery location, and courier or transport options. If your location is outside our regular service area, we will confirm delivery feasibility and estimated time before we finalize the order.
2) Order confirmation and processing
After you place an order, our team confirms it by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We process orders after confirmation of product availability and payment method. Processing time may vary during peak days, promotions, or public holidays.
3) Estimated delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and the product category.
For Dhaka locations, deliveries are usually completed within 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation.
For locations outside Dhaka, deliveries usually take 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.
These timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, transport restrictions, courier delays, or other unexpected events can affect delivery time. If a delay happens, we will share an updated estimate.
4) Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on location, product size, and handling requirements. We will confirm the delivery charge during order confirmation. If your order includes multiple items, delivery charges may change based on packaging and shipment method.
If you request urgent delivery, special delivery timing, or dedicated transport, an additional charge may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.
5) Cash on delivery and advance payment
Cash on delivery may be available for selected items and selected locations. For some products, high-value orders, bulk orders, or outside Dhaka deliveries, we may require full or partial advance payment before dispatch.
6) Delivery method and handover
We deliver through our own delivery support or through third-party couriers, depending on location and item type.
At delivery time, you or your representative must be available to receive the product. If nobody is available, the delivery may be rescheduled. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
7) Product inspection at delivery
Please check the package and product condition at the time of delivery.
If the product is damaged, the box is visibly broken, or any items are missing, inform the delivery person immediately and contact SK Corporation the same day. If you accept delivery without reporting an issue, later claims for physical damage may not be accepted as delivery-related damage.
For some sealed items, opening may not be possible at the door. In that case, please check the external packaging and record an unboxing video right after delivery. This helps us verify claims fairly.
8) Address accuracy and delivery instructions
You must provide a complete delivery address with a reachable phone number. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may fail or be delayed. SK Corporation is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details from the customer side.
If your location requires special entry permission or restricted access, please inform us during order confirmation.
9) Delivery to apartments, offices, and restricted buildings
For apartments and offices, delivery is usually completed at the ground floor or reception area, depending on building access rules. Carrying products to upper floors may not be included unless separately confirmed.
For large or heavy items, extra handling support may be required. If additional manpower is needed, we will inform you about any extra charges before delivery.
10) Installation is not included with delivery unless confirmed
Delivery and installation are separate unless clearly mentioned during order confirmation.
If you purchase a product with installation support, we will schedule installation based on technician availability and your location. Delivery date and installation date can be different.
11) Service area and installation feasibility
Installation depends on site conditions such as water line access, drain line, power source, water pressure, and space for mounting or placement. If the site is not ready, installation may need rescheduling. A visit charge may apply if a technician arrives and the installation cannot proceed due to site limitations.
12) Order changes and cancellations
If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been dispatched, we usually can adjust or cancel it.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and return handling will follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
13) Failed delivery and return to origin
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, unreachable phone number, or refusal to receive the parcel, the shipment may return to our office orthe courier hub.
In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for a reattempt. If the customer requests cancellation after failed delivery, return handling and refund terms will follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
14) Bulk orders and commercial deliveries
For bulk purchases and commercial deliveries, we confirm the delivery timeline, transport method, unloading requirements, and charges based on the project. These orders may require advance payment and a separate delivery arrangement.
